Jimmy’s hospitality career began in small bars and restaurants in his hometown of Auckland, before taking him across Canada and the US, and eventually to Perth to join the opening team of the iconic Mechanics Institute. With over 20 years of experience across service, venue management, operations and logistics, Jimmy brings a strong focus on organisation and creating exceptional guest experiences.​

 

Before becoming a lawyer, Lisa spent almost a decade working in restaurants, weddings and events in Perth, developing a deep appreciation for the details that make celebrations seamless and unique. A lover of weddings in particular, Lisa brings a detailed-oriented and client-focused approach to every event.​​​​​
