What is At Five Events?

At Five Events is a mobile bar experience centred around our restored Viscount Windsor caravan. We provide a considered, design-led beverage service and popup bar for weddings and private events across Perth and surrounds, including the Perth Hills, Swan Valley, and the whole of the South West, including Margaret River and beyond.

What types of events do you cater?

We specialise in weddings, engagements and private celebrations, and also cater for corporate events, brand activations, hens parties and private functions of all kinds. Not sure if we do the kind of event you're planning? Just send us an enquiry.

What areas do you service?

Based in Perth, we service the whole metropolitan area and surrounds, from the Perth Hills, Swan Valley to the South West, including Margaret River, Yallingup, Dunsborough and everywhere in between.

Where can your bar be set up?

Our bar is designed to be flexible, allowing us to seamlessly fit into a wide range of venues and private spaces. From private properties and residential gardens to established wedding venues, wineries and event spaces, we can adapt our setup to suit the environment and flow of your celebration.

What’s included in your packages?

Our packages are built around a complete bar experience, including our pop-up Viscount Windsor mobile caravan bar, RSA-certified service staff, glassware and equipment, setup and pack-down, and a personalised pre-event drinks consultation. Our service is completely customisable.

Do you supply the drinks?

We operate as a dry hire service. That mean's we're BYO, but we work closely with every client to build a bespoke beverage program based on guest numbers, budget, event needs and style, which guides you through everything from quantities, selection and menu planning. We make sure you know exactly what to supply, and how much. From our years of working in the industry, we can connect you with trusted suppliers and vendors that offer competitive options. From there, we provide you with a complete purchasing list so you're not left guessing. 

Do you do cocktails?

Absolutely. One of our key features is our a nitrous four-tap cocktail system, allowing us to serve beautifully crafted cocktails on pour, ensuring consistency, efficiency and a seamless guest experience throughout your event.

We also offer fully customised cocktail curation, where we can design signature cocktails tailored to your celebration. This might include cocktails inspired by your story, seasonal ingredients, or a particular style or theme you’d like to bring through your event. Alongside cocktails, we can also provide draught beer, a curated wine selection and non-alcoholic options, allowing you to create a complete and considered drinks offering for your guests.

Can we customise our drinks menu?

Absolutely. We can create a tailored drinks menu including signature cocktails, wine selections, beer, and non-alcoholic options designed around your event style.

How does the booking process work?

Send us an enquiry with a few details about your event, and we’ll be in touch to arrange a chat about your vision, style, and requirements.  From there, we prepare a tailored proposal outlining your package, inclusions and pricing. Once you’re happy to proceed, a deposit secures your date.

In the lead-up to your event, we’ll guide you through every step of planning and purchasing the drinks  for your day.

What's your pricing?

Our pricing is tailored to each event, as no two celebrations are ever the same. We quote based on balancing factors such as guest numbers, location, service duration, and the level of service required. We’ll provide a detailed, customised quote following your enquiry so everything is clear from the outset, with no surprises.

Are your staff qualified and insured?

Yes. All At Five staff are RSA-certified and At Five Events holds full public liability insurance for your peace of mind.

What can we expect on the day?

We arrive at your venue ahead of service to complete set up and ensure everything is ready before your guests arrive.  During your event, we provide seamless, attentive bar service while maintaining a relaxed and unobtrusive presence. At the end of service, we manage pack-down efficiently, leaving you free to enjoy the final moments of your celebration.
